Prices are in Canadian dollars. We may change prices or what a membership includes. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will email you before they take effect.

Payment and automatic renewal

Paid memberships are charged when you sign up and then renew automatically every year on the same date, using the card you gave Stripe, until you cancel. If a renewal payment cannot be collected, Stripe will try again over the following days. If it still fails, the membership ends and your account returns to Basic. We email you a reminder one month and one week before each renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time yourself, from the Your membership section of the Upgrade page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your paid features until the end of the year you have paid for, then your account returns to Basic. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available.

Advisor sessions, workshops and seminars

Advisor sessions are booked through the website and depend on advisor availability. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead from your booking page if you cannot attend, so another member can use the time. We may limit bookings for members who repeatedly miss sessions without notice.

Education, not personal advice

Our articles, workshops and seminars are general education about money and personal development in Canada. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice for your situation. Advisor sessions give guidance based on what you tell the advisor, and decisions remain yours. Check important decisions with a licensed professional who knows your full circumstances. Our advisors' are professionals from various backgrounds. Full qualifications and any licences or registrations they hold will be disclosed on their profile page so you know who they are before booking with any of them,
