Nous vous confirmons imm\u00e9diatement par courriel, et vous pouvez choisir de conserver votre abonnement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de votre p\u00e9riode d\u2019abonnement. Si votre nouvel abonnement ne vous convient pas, demandez un remboursement dans les 14 jours suivant le paiement et nous vous rembourserons int\u00e9gralement. Il en va de m\u00eame pour le renouvellement annuel\u00a0: demandez un remboursement dans les 14 jours suivant la date d\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance. Toutefois, cette condition ne s\u2019applique pas aux s\u00e9ances de conseil, car ces s\u00e9ances engendrent des frais non r\u00e9cup\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Passage de Premium \u00e0 Platine<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Si vous passez de l'abonnement Premium \u00e0 l'abonnement Platine, votre abonnement Premium s'arr\u00eate d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de votre abonnement Platine. Vous ne serez donc jamais factur\u00e9 pour les deux. Nous calculons automatiquement la partie non utilis\u00e9e de votre ann\u00e9e Premium, en fonction du nombre de jours restants, et notre \u00e9quipe examine votre demande sous deux jours ouvr\u00e9s. Une fois approuv\u00e9e, la demande est rembours\u00e9e sur la carte utilis\u00e9e pour le paiement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Modalit\u00e9s de remboursement<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Les remboursements sont effectu\u00e9s sur la carte utilis\u00e9e pour le paiement, via Stripe. Ils apparaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous 5 \u00e0 10 jours ouvrables, selon votre banque.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Si le paiement de renouvellement \u00e9choue toujours apr\u00e8s une nouvelle tentative de Stripe, votre abonnement est r\u00e9sili\u00e9, votre compte repasse en mode Basique et vous pouvez passer \u00e0 un abonnement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 tout moment. Si vous pensez avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bit\u00e9 par erreur, veuillez nous contacter avant de contester la transaction aupr\u00e8s de votre banque. Nous pouvons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
